12 miles (round trip!) to the 1940’s crash site and wreckage of a B-17 plane - with alpine meadows, abundant wildflowers, and some still-frozen snow piles to keep our eyes busy on the way!

It’s days like these that fill up the creative well and send me scurrying back to the studio to make.
